The Craft Room London – General Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, purchases, and participation in sessions, courses, and events organised by The Craft Room London (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

– All bookings must be made in advance via our website, in person, or by phone/email. – Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your place.

– Prices are clearly listed for each activity and may change without prior notice, but once booked, your price is fixed.

3. Adventurous Club

– Taster Session, 4 Block Sessions & Club Membership

– The Taster Session is always the first session of a 4 Block Session.

– 4 Block Sessions only: Cost is £89.99 and your taster session price (£39.99) will be deducted from this amount. – Ongoing Monthly Membership

• After your taster session, you will pay £69 for your first month.

• Your taster session price (£39.99) will be deducted from your second month’s payment.

• After that, membership continues at £69 per month.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

– Membership can be cancelled at any time. However, there are no refunds for any month already paid, even if you stop partway through the month.

– If you cannot attend one of your four booked sessions, it can not be rescheduled or refunded, but we will help you catch up during your next attended session;

– Booked taster sessions may only be cancelled for a full refund if notice is given at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session date. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable. However you may transfer your booking to another person by notifying us in advance, provided that person takes over and optionally continues with the four-session block or you can reschedule it one time only (subject to availability).

• Minimum Participant Requirement

To ensure the best learning experience, each workshop or club requires a minimum of three participants. If this number is not reached, we may not be able to begin the sessions as planned. In such cases, The Craft Room London reserves the right to adjust or postpone the start date until the minimum number of participants is confirmed.

If the event that a revised start date is not suitable for you, you will be entitled to receive a full refund of any fees already paid.

• All courses and classes are run in small groups (maximum 8 participants) to ensure personal attention and a high-quality learning experience.

5. Session Details

– All sessions (including taster sessions, classes, and courses) are 2 hours long unless otherwise stated.

– All tools and materials are provided unless specified otherwise. – Classes and courses run in small groups with a maximum of 8 participants.

6. Health & Safety

– You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our tutors.

– We are not responsible for injuries or damage caused by failure to follow instructions or by misuse of equipment.

7. Intellectual Property

– All teaching materials, designs, and course content remain the intellectual property of The Craft Room London and must not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability – We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during attendance at our sessions, except where caused by our negligence.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
